In today’s society, women are gaining more status than ever before. More women are attending college, entering the work field, and becoming entrepreneurs by the minute. Previously viewed as inferior to men, women have definitely stepped up to the plate and reached greater heights.

However, is our society overjoyed with the slow rise of women’s power or reluctantly accepting it? The speakers below talk about overcoming the stereotypes of women being subordinate and weak, once believed to be true.
