Quincenia Bell is an educator who has the ability to motivate and inspire audiences to perform to do their best. She is a veteran educator who started her career as a speech pathologist. Receiving a master's in administration she was later was appointed to the administrative ranks.

 

Her first administrative assignment was an Assistant Principal for Student Affairs. A few a few years later she was appointed as an Assistant Principal for Curriculum. Throughout her tenure in these positions, Mrs. Bell was often called upon to train and present within the district.

 

In 2000, Mrs. Bell was appointed as principal of Williams Middle School, Tampa, Florida. Under her leadership the school grade was raised from a "D" rating to a "B," in just two years. She was recognized by the State of Florida Governor's office, with a visit from the state's Commissioner of Education, to commend her and the Williams' faculty and student body for making such great strides.

 

Her next appointment was to open a new school, Mulrennan Middle in 2003. This school has received many recognitions and awards under her leadership. It has been ranked an "A” rating ever since the beginning. The majority of the original faculty remains at the school even though she has since then been promoted to the district office as supervisor for the Office of Teacher Recruitment.

 

Heading the Office of Teacher Recruitment for the Hillsborough County Public Schools System, Mrs. Bell not only recruits in the traditional way of attending job fairs, but also is called upon to do train and present for other districts.

 

Additionally, she is often sought after to do motivational messages and presentations depending on the need of the organization. She is a minister in her local church and is active in the teaching ministry to adults as well as sought after for various speaking engagements.

 

Her daily passion is to encourage, inspire and to motivate others toward their highest potential.
