Kimberly has over 14 years experience in Human Resources with a focus in diverse talent management planning/staffing, training & development and Diversity & Inclusion Strategies. Kimberly has held senior management roles at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and Merrill Lynch. Kimberly was appointed to the board of directors for JIMPACT Enterprises, specializing in Diversity, Leadership training and development. In addition to her above role, Kimberly is a senior adjunct consultant for Global Lead Consulting, a Diversity Consulting Firm. Prior to the above roles Kimberly held the role of Leader, Diversity Recruitment, US Management Consulting Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Kimberly served as the key diversity strategist for the East Business Unit, the largest business unit nationwide. Kimberly was responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies and cultivating key relationships with national diverse organizations geared toward the recruitment, deployment and retention of diverse employees.

A national speaker and lecturer, Kimberly has developed and facilitated high impact seminars/workshops on professional development, media and presentation training, and public speaking. Two of her key clients include New York Times best-selling author and NAACP Image Award recipient, Omar Tyree and corporate senior executive, now entrepreneur and innovator Fenorris Pearson, Chairman & CEO, Global Consumer Innovation, Inc and Eric Snow, Retired NBA player and entrepreneur. Kimberly has been cited in Diversity/Careers in Engineering Information Technology magazine and Diversity Best Practices; .Women Trailblazers in Diversity. on the issue of workforce diversity . Kimberly is one of the top rated speakers at the National Association of Black Accountants. Professional and student national conferences. She is also a speaker at Howard University School of Business, Center for Accounting Education facilitating leadership and professional development workshops. Kimberly is also a guest lecturer at Temple University teaching Human Resources courses and business workshops/seminars, and for the University of Pennsylvania.s Wharton LEAD Program, a development program for the next generation of diverse young leaders. Kimberly was also selected as an adjunct faculty member for the 2008 Tavis Smiley.s National Leadership Institute. She is also an instructor at the Sharon Bible Institute teaching leadership and professional development courses. Kimberly’s most recent accomplishments include; recognized as the 2008 Young Leader Award from the Urban League and the President, Urban League Young Professionals, Philadelphia Chapter, and selected for the inaugural class of the Whitney M. Young,Jr. Center for Urban Leadership. American Express National Urban League Emerging Leaders Program. Kimberly has also held board roles with various professional organizations and currently on the board of directors for the Urban League of Philadelphia, Women.s Way, Inc. and We Are Seeds, Inc., an organization that is dedicated to the development and empowerment of young women leaders of tomorrow. Kimberly is also a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Pennsylvania Chapter and Drifters, Inc. Philadelphia Chapter.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Westchester University. Kimberly was also the first and youngest African American to be nominated .HR person of the year award from The Society of Human Resource Management. She is a mentor and community activist for young leaders of tomorrow and a mentor to diverse organization’s student leaders. As a result, Kimberly has provided over 25 students with opportunities in global organizations. Ms. Reed was also a guest co-host on Mike Robinson Presents. a TV broadcast on Comcast focused on world issues.
