Kimberly Campbell is an entrepreneur, strategy consultant and speaker/facilitator. She is the founder of New Venture Consulting Group (NVCG), a business strategy consulting firm that assists minority entrepreneurs in securing the finances required to grow viable business ventures. Kimberly holds an MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.

 

In addition to her consulting work, Kimberly lectures and teaches in the areas of Entrepreneurial Planning, Personal Leadership, and Spirituality in Health & Fitness at colleges and universities across the county.

 

Kimberly has an extensive a career as a Management Consultant working with Accenture and with the Wharton Small Business Development Center (SBDC). She has advised both fortune 500 and small business clients. As a Management Consultant with Accenture, Kimberly worked with strategy teams to improve business processes for clients in the government and financial services industries. At Wharton SBDC, Ms. Campbell led an initiative to redesign the business consulting process and improved the Center’s state ranking of “Most Effective SBDC in Pennsylvania” from sixteenth to fourth.

 

Most recently, Ms. Campbell was a Management Associate at the Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC), which is J&J's venture capital subsidiary. At JJDC, Kimberly managed the J&J Internal Venture program and helped J&J scientists secure $14MM in funding to start new ventures.

 

Kimberly was born and raised in New Jersey. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management at The American University in Washington, DC where she was a Division I Basketball Player and scholar athlete. Kimberly currently lives and works in the Garden State. She is an active member of the dance ministry at her church and is launching a Christian Aerobics Video.
