George Gervin

The "Iceman" played four seasons in the ABA and 10 with the San Antonio Spurs as Guard in the NBA. He averaged 25.1 points per game for his professional career. George led the NBA in scoring four times, joining Wilt Chamberlain and later Michael Jordan as the only players to achieve that feat. He was named to All-NBA First Team five straight seasons (1978-82) and set the NBA record for most points in a quarter with 33 against New Orleans. Gervin is the Community Relations Director for the San Antonio Spurs.
