There are 78 million people dealing with high blood pressure. Having high blood pressure can damage your kidneys.

There are three simple ways to lower your blood pressure, first is to exercise, you don't have to do something hard, you can start by just waling for about 20 minutes or as long as you can to wake up the muscles. Second, you can cut salt out your diet and replace it with herbs, and third, clear your mind and take deep breaths in your nose and breath out your mouth start this for about three minutes and as you continue you can practice this longer. Doing these can drop your blood pressure and you can avoid taking medication.
