People wonder why I love XBOX

Why I play it all night in my drawz and my socks

All I can say is dang dude, it rocks

The game is my porage and I’m Goldie-locks

 

I play it all day, I mean games back to back

My friends say I look like a zombie on crack.

I’m hooked on this game like a big scoobie snack.

GPA who?  Right now that jack.

 

I’m bangin on Halo with tight ass precision.

When I play SOCOM, we spank all the missions.

On Madden, my team won the title three times.

On GTA-3, I’m the king of all crime.

 

As I shake that stick to make more blood spill

I notice sunlight creep through the window sill

That got my attention, I have to confess

Cause I hear my boy say “don’t you have a test?”

 

I look at my boy, then I moan and I gripe.

But he says “Hey, take another hit from the Xbox pipe.”

Then the pain of the test retreats from my heart

As I hear the jingle that plays when I push “restart”.

 

My conscience says I should put down the gun.

The test covers ten chapters, and I almost read one.

Normally, I would just let the test pass

But it’s been like 6 weeks since I showed up in class

 

Eighteen years later, I sell my old games for cash.

It’s hard to pay bills when you’re picking up trash.

My son is begging for XBOX 9 as we speak.

But I can’t buy that stuff on 350 a week.

 

As I ride on the truck that stinks to high heaven

I reflect on my life as I turn 37

Where did it go, and what did I do wrong?

My mind weighs in heavy, like a pig in a thong

 

College is not about being a whiz

It’s only about handling biz.

The XBOX is no problem, though some think it is.

Just save the game playing till AFTER the quiz.

 

If you be jockin the XBOX throw your hands in the air

Or PlayStation 2, I really don’t care.

I love my lil XBOX and I’ll be gaming all night

But only AFTER I study, for I keep my game tight!
