The Cry’s latest venture is the development of the Center for Community Prosperity, a think tank and incubator of urban, cooperative enterprises that manifest the principles of Cohado on the ground.

His professional practice spans all sectors in large- and micro-scale, cross-sector projects, engaging community groups, governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and businesses in strategic visioning, comprehensive planning, and collaborative action.
Paulo has developed the Cohado Catalytic Guidance process that is being implemented with individuals and groups desiring to initiate quantum changes personally, within communities and workplaces, and on both sides of the prison walls. Paulo has also delivered hundreds of speaking engagements and workshops related to evolving creativity culture, and bridging differences to create innovative solutions to the most persistent problems.
