Michael currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Oakton Community College. He is among the youngest Chief Diversity Officers and senior leaders within higher education today. He is the founder and owner of Anthony Creative Solutions, LLC, a diversity and leadership development consulting company. At the age of 30, Dr. Anthony earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, where he also worked for 10 years in various functional areas.
