Damon Bryant is an industrial and organizational psychologist with over 17 years of experience in academia and industry. He is the co-founder and chief scientist at Adaptive Datamatics (LDAA). His expertise is the measurement and prediction of achievement, expert performance, motivation, and leadership.Dr. Bryant has done extensive work in quantitative psychology creating formulas used in artificially intelligent, assessment systems.
