As a certified coach, she provides personal and professional development sessions and keynotes and has served as a professor at her alma mater Howard University and the Disney Dreamers Academy. Charreah is a board member of the Red Pump Project, an international organization committed to fighting the stigma of HIV.
Charreah is an 11-year survivor of cancer and shares her testimony to encourage others to prioritize health. Charreah has earned a Hearst Award in journalism and interviewed newsmakers from Sarah Jessica Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden.
Past speaking clients include the 2015 International iDate Conference, American Society of Journalists and Authors Conference and the Women + Power Conference, headlined by Gloria Steinem. She was a keynote speaker for the first Single Wives Conference in Atlanta, to help savvy women become smarter daters. She also provides work/life harmony workshops for corporate clients.
The savvy communicator has her finger to the pulse of today’s evolving woman. As the Social Media Editor for fashion and beauty agency Siren PR, she mastered the skills to engage the 18-35 female demographic. She led global hair giant TRESemmé in gaining more than 45,000 Facebook fans in a day and created content for more than 300,000 fans.
Charreah is a former board member for the Journalism and Women’s Symposium (JAWS), the leading organization for women journalists. She has interviewed newsmakers from Spike Lee and Sarah Jessica Parker to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She has earned awards in journalism, including a Hearst Award finalist.
